We offer overnight and ground shipping via FedEx in addition to USPS shipping. We specialize in repairing your devices and shipping them back to you so you have as little downtime without your device as possible. We ship orders within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) via FedEx or USPS only at our discretion. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or major U.S. holidays. We cannot ship to P.O. (Post Office), A.P.O. (Military), or F.P.O. (Foreign) Boxes unless otherwise pre-arranged, but we may add this option in the future. Overnight shipping, our most popular method, will be received the next business day after it is shipped.
Shipping and insurance charges are based on distance, weight, box dimensions, and product price.
It is best to provide an email address when you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and a receipt once your order has shipped. If you need assistance with tracking numbers, please email inquiries@MobileiPhoneGuy.com.

Ship your iPod or iPhone to our facility using your carrier of choice*. We then return the repaired product to you via USPS First Class Mail.
*Please note that USPS does not deliver on federal holidays and the tracking on USPS shipments are inferior to that of FedEx.
- Self Ship with FedEx Ground Return
Ship your iPod, iPhone, or iPad to our facility using your carrier of choice*. We then return the repaired product to you via FedEx Ground.
- Self Ship with FedEx Overnight Return
Ship your iPod, iPhone, or iPad, to our facility using your carrier of choice*. We then return the repaired product to you via FedEx Overnight.
- Two-Way Prepaid with FedEx Ground Return
With this service, we dispatch you a FedEx Ground Email Label that you will use to ship your iPod, iPhone, or iPad to our facility. We then ship the repaired product back to you via FedEx Ground.
- Two-Way Prepaid with FedEx Overnight Return
With this service, we dispatch you a FedEx Overnight Email Label that you will use to ship your iPod, iPhone, or iPad to our facility. We then ship the repaired product back to you via FedEx Overnight.
- Send me a box! (Three Way FedEx Ground Shipping)
Upon placing an order, we will ship you a box with a FedEx Return Service Ground Label to send in your iPod, iPhone, or iPad to our facility. We then ship the repaired product back to you via FedEx Ground.
- Send me a box! (Three Way FedEx Overnight Shipping)
Upon placing an order, we will ship you a box with a FedEx Return Service Overnight Label to send in your iPod, iPhone, or iPad to our facility. We then ship the repaired product back to you via FedEx Overnight.
