What are you business hours and what is the best way to contact you?

MobileiPhoneGuy is open every day Mon-Fri 11AM to 7pm and Sat-Sun 12PM to 3PM. Appointments are recommended due to the high demand of our highly skilled technicians. Our technicians can complete most repairs in minutes right in the comfort of your own home, office, or brightly lit local area.

You can schedule an appointment by calling/texting (562) 507-1401, emailing Inquiries@MobileiPhoneGuy.com or by filling out the contact form below. Please provide your MODEL # and COLOR.  Allow up to 2 business days response time for email inquiries.


Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We offer wholesale pricing for our loyal customers. To apply please send email to inquiries@mobileiphoneguy.com.


What is your preferred method of payments?

Cash is the preferred method of payment. We also accept all major credit cards and Paypal.


What is your repair policy?

  1. All parts used are compatible parts only.
  2. All parts for repairs are phone-specific products only (i.e. the iPhone 4 glass will not be used for iPhone 4s repairs).
  3. Parts are NOT refurbished, offered, or authorized by its manufactures. MobileiPhoneGuy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express, or implied.
  4. 14 days warranty for TOUCH ONLY. There is no warranty for any LCD repair due to the nature of the product. (We are not responsible if you drop the item again, and the LCD cracks).
  5. Water damage repairs carry no warranty due to damages that may not be visible upon repair.

What is your warranty policy?

MobileiPhoneGuy cannot control the manner in which the parts it sells are used after their sale. MobileiPhoneGuy is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages. In incidences when MobileiPhoneGuy distributes parts that have guarantees by the manufacturer, the customer must address any warranty related issues with the manufacturer directly. MobileiPhoneGuy provides a 14 day limited exchange warranty on all parts it sells. This warranty does not apply where a part is damaged by improper use, abuse, neglect, careless handling, improper installation, or improper repairs. The warranty is at MobileiPhoneGuy's sole discretion and only applies to exchanges for the same part.


There are multiple issues with my device, do you offer repair bundles?

Sure we do please just give us a call at 1-562-507-1401 and we will see what we can set up for you.


So I tried to fix my iPhone on my own and have it semi unassembled. Can I send it to you and have you finish the repair?

Absolutely, we do that all the time for customers. Please purchase the diagnostic service and send your phone in. A technician will call you the same day we receive it with a quote before beginning any work on your iPhone.


Do you repair iPods or any other Apple products?

In addition to iPhone repairs, we offer a wide variety of iPod, and iPad repairs. If you are interested in a repair please contact a support representative at 1-562-507-1401 or browse our repairs section.


Do I have to checkout online to mail in a phone for repair?

Though is it preferred that you checkout on line prior to sending in your iPhone it is not required. Checking out online prior to sending in your phone helps us expedite the repair process as we will have easy access to your information and do not need to delay the repair to wait for payment. If you would prefer to send in your iPhone without purchasing a service online please include your contact information and a brief explanation of the issue(s) you are experiencing with the iPhone. This will help us minimize any repair delays and return your phone as fast as possible.

Where do I send my device?

Please ship your iPhone to our mail in service location at:

Please include your name and/or order number with the phone so that we can quickly locate your order and begin the repair when it arrives at our repair facility. Once the phone has been repaired, we will return it to shipping address that was specified during checkout.


What do I need to include with my Device when I ship it?

Nothing, all we need to complete the repair is your device. No need to send your box, any accessories, or your SIM card. In fact, please only send your device as other accessories will only increase shipping weight and cost.


Do you need my SIM Card?

Nope. We have our own SIM cards to test the phone with, no need to send yours.

 

Do you need my pass code?

Yes we do. If there is a pass code on the phone it hinders our ability to test all the functions of the device. Please provide your pass code with the device when you send it in for repair. If you do not wish to provide your pass code, certain device functions including but not limited to; the camera, wifi and bluetooth cannot be tested and cannot be guaranteed.


Can you bill my shipping account with FedEx or UPS for return shipping?

Sure, please just call a customer service representative at 1-562-507-1401 to make the proper arrangements. Please note, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit back to the customer if they supply their own shipping label or shipping account.


I don’t feel comfortable buying a part for repair service on the website are the any other ways I can pay?

Sure to arrange other forms of payment please call our Customer Service Representatives at 1-562-507-1401 and they would be happy to assist you.
